Made complaint thru bbb aboit poor quality lumber...
Made complaint thru bbb aboit poor quality lumber purchased from middle man 84 lumber. Purchased over 60- 2 by 8 pressure treated lumber 20 foot long.
Installed lumber for outdoor project. Not ground contact. Upon arrival lumber was high moisture content. After 99 days, dry rot set in, cracks, warping, and bug infestation etc.

Will call order
Arrived at fence with a sign that says go to office first. Office doors were locked.
Pressed the call button on fence and gate opened. Drove in and went to the office.
Receptionist berated me for driving in. I explained that signs were confusing. She said it happens all the time.
I recommended a simplified sign. She said that is not going to happen, sings are expensive.
Meanwhile, I see the company’s goals are post that say keep it simple and excellent customer satisfaction. Missed the mark twice!
