Stolen Money

I was warned that my account would end at the end of this year and that I had until the last day of December to withdraw my cash I put in. Went to call today while I was at the clinic because my card which is still active wouldn't allow me to charge it, to find out all my cash is gone. So I called the number on my card just to be told they gave my earned money that I put into an account back to Whole Foods, $4000+ in funds gone. They decided to do so sneakily back on November 26, without a single warning that they were changing my withdrawal dates. To say I'm furious is an understatement. If anyone reads, don't do business with this shady company.

User's recommendation: Look somewhere else.

Been with Discovery FSA card for 10 weeks, they approve nothing. They take my money from my employer and question every thing. Doctor, Lab work, Hospital etc..... They want receipts, I give them receipts. Their words are always, quote "based on IRS rules this is what...

I have been waiting in the hold queue for 42 minutes to speak to a human at Wex. They provide the bare minimum level of service.

Discovery Benefits is an awful company!!

I have spent weeks trying to resolve a problem that they created (updated my Employer approval COBRA AEI to wrong account ). Every time i called always a different person , got different answers.& make me run arounds .I have come to the conclusion that they are deliberately making it impossible for me to get any information from them or any help in resolving a problem that may put my health insurance at risk. They are careless & unhelpful .....
