Horrible Customer Service
I have contacted this company several times via email and dial and have yet to receive any type of assistance. I ordered a personalized watch almost two weeks ago, paid for it and was sent the shipping information the following day. Two weeks later the package has yet to be mailed out .
This is totally unacceptable I would have been better off buying a watch from Amazon and taking it to the mall to get engraved.

Bamboozled by WeWood
Received a beautiful Wewood watch as a Chanukah present (no receipt) but wanted to exchange it for a lighter color wood. The Wewood website states clearly a consumer exchange policy but asks that the company in Calif be contacted before initiating a return.
I tried calling PST at least 5 times and e-mailed the company, but have received no response, this all over a period of three weeks. I left numerous voicemails thoroughly describing the process.
Still no response. It seems to me that their well worded exchange policy is just a coverup for a totally non-responsive company

I received we wood watch from my daughter. Pin connecting watch to band came apart after wearing twice.
Tiny small end was lost. This company has been totally uncooperative.
Once they have your money forget it. I would never recommend this watch to anyone.
I am still trying to deal with this company to return a watch. No return instructions were included in the box with the watch I ordered so I just wrapped it back up and sent it off.
When I didn't hear anything I emailed to inquire about my return. My tracking number shows it was delivered to their company. Now they can't find it. Back and forth with the emails.
They won't accept it and they won't return it. I'm stuck in limbo over here.
