Not happy with items

Not happy with the product I received. I ordered a pretzel with no salt.
It didn't have salt, which is perfect, but it also did not have any butter and it was slightly burnt on the bottom. Ordered bits with no salt and had no butter as well do not taste good; dry, not happy.

Won't go back
I ordered 2 Pretzel bits and a large Pretzel. I didnt know they didn't come with salt on them. The manager never asked if I wanted to add salt. I was still in the store and I went back to see if they can add salt and the employee said NO!
Then I asked if I can have some salt on the side to go and she still said NO WE CANT DO THAT!
This is NOT customer service I spent $50 with 2 orders combined at the same time.I didnt know that salt doesn't come on the pretzels. Our servers name was Johnny O
