BOUGHT A LEMON

I BOUGHT A 2009 GMC ACADIA IN JAN 2014. THE NEXT DAY THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AND WHEN I TOOK IT TO THE SERVICE DEPT. THEY JUST "RESET IT" AND SENT ME ON MY WAY. FINALLY I TOOK IT FOR MY FIRST OIL CHANGE AND ALMOST GOT KILLED ON 70, THE CAR WOULD NOT GO OVER 40 MILES AND HR AND THE TACH WAS UP TO 4500. IT WOULD NOT SHIFT. WHEN I FINALLY GOT THERE THEY CHANGED THE OIL AND ROTATED THE TIRES BECAUSE IT HAD A BAD TIRE ON THE FRONT. THEY SAID THE TRANSMISSION WOULD COST TOO MUCH TO HAVE IT FIXED THERE AND RECOMMENDED SOMEONE TO TAKE IT TO. I KNOW WHEN YOU BUY "AS IS" IT MEANS NO GUARANTEE BUT THEY HAD TO HAVE KNOW THE TRANMISSION WAS BAD. THEY DIDN'T EVEN QUOTE ME A PRICE FOR THEM TO FIX IT. I AM GOING TO PAINT LEMONS ON IT AND SET IT ON EAST MAIN STREET SO NO ONE ELSE WILL BUY A USED CAR AT WETZELS AND I AM CALLING MY FRIEND AT THE PAL-ITEM TO TAKE PICTURES. I HAVE HAD IT, NOW THE BRAKES ARE SQUEAKING AND BAD! LIBBY STEELE CAMBRIDGE CITY INDIANA
