We finally found a used car we liked and Wetzel would not budge on the price. They even went as far as to tell us that the vehicle, an Escape was a Titanium when it is clearly an SE model! We found a brand new vehicle cheaper at another dealership! When we told the salesman at Wetzel we wouldn't be buying a car from them he turned into a bratty 4-year old!
Don't go to Wetzel Ford! They are liars and they won't work with you unless it clearly benefits them!
