Rude staff
The manager Edna ignored my complaints about Melody, when we went in for a tour. She didn't lift her head out of her lunch and told us to walk around.
Not a good first impression. Edna said she's been working there for a few years, but as the first face of the company, it left a bad impression.
I've called a couple of times to register a child for 1/2 day camp. The website is so busy that I needed help. Jennifer's response to my phone call, asking for help to register for the next day was, "You have 10 minutes before the deadline." Not helpful and I had to figure it out.
Spoke again to Jennifer this morning (7/3/25). Rude and unhelpful.
Maybe they should pay the staff more and get better quality. I don't want to feel as a paying customer thst you are doing me a favor by being helpful. That is your job.
I had two children there today for the afternoon half day camp.
I had no idea that there were going to be sno cones for purchase. The children didn't have $5 and no one accommodated them.
They could have made a difference for these children , who felt left out and slighted.
Enough rudeness. We won't be goingr back.
