They do not offer any electronic pay system, only mail in.
WestStar Mortgage, does not accept any electronic payments, only payments by mail are accepted. They have offices in Texas, New Mexico and elsewhere. Even if one of their offices is near to you they say you still have to mail in your payment. Mailing in payments can be very time consuming. They have said in the past they will begin electronic payments soon. They stated this over a year ago. I wish we had known this before we accepted them as our morgt company. It's unheard of today for a company not to offer better service to its customers. WestStar Loan Servicing offers very little consumer conveniences. And they quickly add on those late fees!! Nevada charges 2 times....office late fees and invoice fees and a separate bill invoiced from weststar. Somebody please approve me to take my loan outta here!!!!!!
