Sleazy business practices. I ordered Ribbonwood brand slat tile.
I received Colorker slat tile. I double checked with another tile store and they confirmed two different companies. Even the color of the tile have different names. When I confronted the sales person, Rori, about the issue, she told me no refunds and all sales final.
Very shady business practices. She even insisted it was the same company.
Avoid this place at all costs. Total bate and switch type business.
