Purchased Vehicle Sold To Another Customer
- - The vehicle was sold to another customer after purchase.
- - They refused a letter about possession and I had to involve the General Manager.
I purchased a vehicle through this dealership and when I went to pick up the vehicle, they had sold it to another customer. They were very short with me and would not work with me to find another vehicle.
When my bank and insurance provider asked for a letterhead stating I was not in possession of the vehicle, they refused to provide the documentation. I had to reach out to the General Manager for help.
Extremely unprofessional. Do not buy or finance with Isaac, Willie or Dylan.
