Breach of contract
A year ago, I signed and paid to publish and edit my book in this company. After I paid in full the agreement, a few emails, and chats with Melissa Gilbert, they just disappeared and never responded to my emails or phone calls.
They are like a ghost, it's like they don't exist anymore.
So, I this time cannot publish my book and cannot recover my money. I'm looking for a way to sue them and get my refund.

I am dissatisfied with Westpoint
I published a book with Westpoint a year ago - I cannot get anyone to send me a report of sales or royalties. I have sent DOZENS of emails requesting information, to no avail!

My book was printed 1 year ago; to date, 10/6/2022, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED a report of sales or any royalties! I am pleased with quality of books & my website, but NOT with service. Would not recommend!
I have sent literally dozens of emails to the people at West Point with whom I have corresponded - TO NO AVAIL! No one will answer my question: "When will I receive a report of book sales and royalties?

I am totally Unhappy with Westpoint Publishers
West point Publishers published my Book A Glimpse of God's Plan for His Children November 2021 and was incomplete because some corrections needed to be made. I paid them to correct and send me ten copies of my republished book.
I last heard from them May 2022. Since they disappeared. My book is not republished, and I have NOT received my copies.I tried calling but they do not answer. I sent emails and get no response.
They owe me my money or give me what I paid for! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
THIEVES AND CROOKS! GOD WILL REWARD PEOPLE ACCORDING TO THEIR WORKS!
