Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I was charged for an extra product that I did not order.
They refunded the amount. The only issue with this company is communication.
Finally... they responded, acknowledged the issue and, have taken care of it. I love their products, but the customer service is a real challenge.
I believe the order has now been shipped according to the Shop app. However, I have yet to get responses to my countless emails.They are sending me promo's and, I even got a "thank you" from "Brandi" the owner.
I placed an order on December 13th. Part of the order was two jackets, part of a pre-order that would ship around December 22nd. I was not supposed to be charged until the order shipped.
My PayPal was charged before I even got any notification about shipping the order.
They are unresponsive to my 8 emails.
Their phone number does not take calls.
Their "Purple Dot" page says they no longer do preorders.
Their address shows other businesses - not Weston
Meanwhile, they have my money and I have nothing.
I believe this company is a scam of sorts.

I thought that I was buying a great product it and now that weve had trouble less than 30 days old you cannot contact by phone you sent numerous emails and you never get a return email so heads up do not buy this product

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I ordered two heated jackets as gifts for Christmas.
Only one arrived. When I reached out to them, they ignored me for over a week, then acted like I was lying about one being missing, and insisted I send them video proof. When I did this, they claimed they'd ship the second one, but that order has not shipped almost 3 weeks later. When I reached out again asking to just cancel the second jacket and get a refund for it, I got nothing but crickets.
I've emailed them repeatedly over the past week with absolutely no response. Worst experience I've ever had with a company, bar none. They are awful, and bordering on scammers. Wish I'd know before placing an order.
I'm am angry and disgusted. Stay away from them!Worst

We purchased two pairs of your battery-operated socks maybe two weeks before Christmas. My son noticed, while we were at the Duck Hunters, that one of them runs out of battery much faster.
Also, when we tried to charge them, I noticed that I could only get one green light to light up on most of the battery packs instead of the three to four lights that I usually see.
I'm trying to reach out to you; I've sent numerous emails and even tried to call, but I can't get an answer. I'm unsure about how to get in touch with Customer Service and get a response back.

Package not delivered order 150575
Ordered a womans fleece jacket that was supposed to be delivered. It was on tract to be delivered & then was sent back.
Very frustrating because there is no one to call about it! It was a Christmas present that wont be delivered! The company thinks it was delivered but it wasnt! Worst customer service ever!
Just want to talk to someone! Hire more people!
