Poor patient treatment.

My mother was a patient at Westminster Oaks Rehab Facility when a nurses aid let her fall off the edge of the bed and fall, hitting head on a nightstand and busting her head open. The injury required a trip to the hospital and staples being put in her head.

Meanwhile, the nurses aid immediately started defending herself by saying that my mother slipped out of my hands, a fact which my mom adamantly denied. She said the aid wasnt holding onto her at all.

Additionally, the aids there are rough in the way they handle the patients.

My mother said they yanked her around instead of treating her carefully after her hip surgery.

This place costs a lot of money. Its attractive and clean, but the treatment by the staff leaves a lot to be desired!
