Westmed billing dept finally reset our accounts to 0

after 11 months of challenge, sending 20 emails with proofs and so on ...we are done !. unbelievable. the place is great for doctors and exams but the billing dept is the most horrible team ever.

Billing Department is the WORST!

Youre told to email your questions but no one ever emails you back or confirms receipt of emails. Im on hold every time I call for over 20-30 minutes. Its like they dont want to satisfy bills. Why am I chasing you to pay you? Awful customer service. All because the billing department codes incorrectly. :)

Terrible!

Their billing department is terrible! Very unhappy employees that barely answer you questions! Dont even say a please or thank you. Very unprofessional and unhelpful. I wish these people find some employees who are willing to work and train them how to do their job. Horrible!

Billing dept disaster

They keep billing me, even though I paid the stated amount. No customer service. No response to emails!

User's recommendation: Don’t use Westmed. Athena health ruined it.

I paid balance, and I am still being billed for it

Westmed - I paid balance, and I am still being billed for it
Westmed is the worst! I paid the balance and Im still receiving bills for it. They have no customer service available at any time. I went to Westmed for a doctors visit for my mother, and I paid the bill and Im still receiving notifications that I owe money. What am I supposed to do to stop this from happening?

Problem getting response from Westmed billing.

Received bill from Westmed (same $65 amount as Co-pay, which I paid at visit). Spoke to billing person, who said I had no balance. Keep getting bill for $65)..No response from email to them. When I call them I wait on hold. ---they actually say their email is too full., and cannot accept any new emails.. Any suggestions?
