Very disappointing
My daughter came from Korea with the USA army on May 12, 2023, the 13th we went to westgate dodge to purchase a vehicle. The salesman seem to be cool, thanked her for serving her country, she picked a 2020 Ford focus and then it all went downhill.
The dealership overcharged for the lowjack. It was in the daytime and we noticed when we got home, the front light was out.
My daughter took the car back, the dealership replaced the light and cracked the front bumper, the new light and more problems continue to happen. The dealership never completely solved the problems.
Preferred solution: The vehicle fix correctly and completely

This dealership asks you to sign an open-ended power of attorney (no name as acting agent and no service ending date) Paid cash for a car, and they could not produce a title at time of purchase - took 30 days and 14 phone calls to receive the title. Does not follow up with customers as promised.

Westage jeep and crysler dealer
i just purchased a new jeep at westage dealer.It was the worst experience ever. My delivery was in the middle of a bad storm.
So i didn't had the chance to check the whole jeep. It was supposed to have blue tooth and a tow package. Plus i found a dent on my front windshield. I called my sales person that told me to come back and he would fix everything.
I couldn't go back for two weeks. When i showed back at dealer.
My surprise my sales person wasn't working there anymore. I talked to the sales manager that was completely rude to me and basically called me a lair..
