Still waiting for a tow. It's Thanksgiving. I called Monday @12:30. Car hasn't been picked up yet. Ask for low cost rental car. But can't get one cause didn't have an accident. The out of pocket is hurting me. The least they can do is get me rental at low or no cost. Pissed!!!

Westfield Insurance - Unethical, Unresponsive Westfield
What an awful insurance company. Filed a claim due to wind and hail damage 5 months ago only to be denied afterwards. 25 other homes’ were repaired in the meantime with apparently far more ethical insurance companies. Don’t buy a policy from Westfield. Seek coverage elsewhere if you want confidence in your coverage. Does this look like the result of an aging roof?

Westfield Insurance - Homeowners Policy Claim Review

Had a minor water leak from the well tank in my once Finished basement. After having the valve fixed, I contacted this LOW LIFE PATHETIC company. I had to ASK for someone to evaluate the water damage mostly to just the carpeting. The first person I spoke to was EXTREMELY RUDE so I asked for someone else. Things went from bad to Worse. Mark Kosh eventually came to evaluate the damage. ( they wanted him to return a second time. ) NO WAY ! ) This *** will NEVER be Allowed in My house again. I requested someone else. *** 9 *** MONTHS later and NOTHING ! No SETTLEMENT ! They DID pay Servepro MORE than $3,000 to Gut the ENTIRE basement, NOT EVEN NECESSARY. I was told, I would get a settlement check and be responsible for paying them. Mark Kosh, the Westfield Clown had NOTHING to say about Servpro' s Unecessary demo work or the leak they caused by pulling out the washing machine in the 2nd of 3 separate areas of my basement. I even showed him the water on the floor. Wonder how much Mark gor paid off from Servpro . How strange, they are located just a few miles from Westfield. Time after 9 months to take this to the Next level. Hey Mark and Westfield Insurance, If 1 word of this complaint is NOT 100% TRUE, SUE ME ! ! ! Do yourself a BIG FAVOR, Find a RELIABLE, Company who actually CARES about it's Policy holders. I DID ! ! !
