Hopeless customer service…still no response after 5 attempts..If you do not have a local Western dealer,or yours have dropped Western(my case)YOU ARE IGNORED.Talk your architect,builder, or contractor out of this companies’ products.

We spent many tens of thousands of dollars on this firms products when we built our home.The quality of the doors and windows are decent notwithstanding a couple of air and water leaks but we were satisfied.The problem is the firm representing WWS in Tucson no longer reps them.Now that I have dealt directly with them I understand why.No one returns emails or calls to customer service - been waiting several weeks for a response to any of five outreaches.We need some parts that were poorly designed in the first place.How can you rec. a company that is MIA after the sale?I will attempt to kill a day and drive 230 miles round trip to Phoenix try and procure what we need.Arent we lucky to be so close?
