Rude receptionist that called Me!
Theres no reason for your receptionist to call me about an appointment I made 12WEEKS AGO to reschedule telling me the reason the doctor cant see me is because shes full well they shouldnt have made the appointment!! Then the ride weirdo hung up in my face Im on hold for 20 mins to ensure I have an appointment for ABSOLUTELY NO REASON OTHER THAN SHE WANTED TO BE A RUDE INCONSIDERATE IDIOT! If showing compassion in the health field is an issue for her she should mop the floors and leave customer service to people that understand you are inconveniencing me not the other way around
Preferred solution: My appointment from 12WEEKS ago to be honored
I was seeing a doctor Murkerjee and referred me to a Ramesh. Father they falsely billed me and dough it the Blacklisted my lhone number
The medical assistant didnt know how to draw blood the primary care physician didnt understand a word I was saying and when I got referred to a behavioral health I did everything got got a bill that I I was told I didnt have to pay cause no services Were rendered and now when I try to call back Im blacklisted so now Im stuck without any medication
