To warn others not to go through this company

This company is so disrespectful and very unprofessional. They take consumers through a lot and never resolve anything.

This company lies and does fraudulent things to their consumers, such as blocking their cards on days when rent is due, making consumers suffer with life challenges. They're taking advantage of consumers, especially the ones who are on disability.

They nit take the restriction off of my card

I made a purchase on my debit card and they put a restriction on my debit card, so I contacted costumer service and they said that it was unknown activity on my card. I told them that it was me that tried to make a purchase. They still will not lift the restriction, I asked to speak to a supervisor and put pit you on hold for 30-45 minutes without and conformation stating the that restriction is lifted. Bad costumer service and they are asking me stupid questions that I know are not the correct questions to ask, asking do I have a user name, I told them , no I don't, and why are you asking me online questions when I told you that I never signed for an online account. Asking does my phone number with 4 stupid digits that never heard before, playing game knowing those numbers are associated with my debit card account. I am sick of netspends *** ...!!! I SENT IN THINGS THEY ASKED FOR WITH MY NAME AND ADDRESS FOR MORE COMFROMATION AND THEY NEVER PUT A SUPERVISOR ON THE PHONE WITH ME THEY LIKE THEY SAID THEY'LL DO, ALL THEY DO IS LIE AND SEND YOU IN CIRCLES..

MUTHAFUCKER I GOT RENT TO PAY.!!!

AND I SAY *** ALL OF YOU ALL NETSPEND DEBIT CARD COMPANY...

IM TAKING YOU TO COURT NETSPEND...

I made a small purchase on my Netspend debit card and they blocked it

They are wrost debit card on earth.

The ridiculous security question are crazy.

They steadily ask you the same questions over and over. I don't have anything you own ,you have my gotdam money that have to pay bills with..

Two thumbs down for Netspend.

and all they do is lie have you on hold for 30 to 45 minutes. asking for supervisors they send you all in circles for your own muthafucking money I'm going to take their pinch face *** to court...
