No one is helping me. My money has not been refunded since one month. The departments are playing games. Very unprofessional team, keeps lying to me and passing me to other departments. The customer service team is not reliable at all. I am still waiting for my refund of $760 and have not heard anything from western union.

Fraudsters, unless ailing company !

Will not get to the bottom of a problem if things go wrong. Instead, will post you from pillar to post and not acknowledge their failings and shortcomings. Do not send money through this unless company ! Sent money through them and they did not deliver. Kept going around in circles to avoid refunding. Fraudsters, this lot ! Incompetent and so old school. Use more savvy money transfer agents. WESTERN UNION IS DEAD!
