Poor service @ unsanitary behavior of Manager
We were at the opelika western sizzler father's day as a family. The help from the kitchen @ the buffet person were using profanity back @ forth because he needed food for the food bar.
As were waiting for food we can see this a guy which is handing the food thru for the buffet is wiping sweat from his hand, while wiping snot from his nose, no gloves then continues to touch the food that be placed on the buffet. I called the server over asked for a manager and oh my goodness that is your manager. Absolutely disgusting, unsanitary, you have your hostess picking her teeth with a toothpick, while your salad lady props against the counter with a soup bowl under her arm. I have worked the food industry and owned one this is poor management @ nobody overseeing this establishment.
Father's day Absolutely ruined dinner never again. Our moto was you got time to lean you got time to clean. This was father's day at 4:00p.m.
please watch the tape. Our server john was excellent, ran around seating people, getting refills, helping refill buffet.,plus putting towels in the bathroom great job John.

Bad Eats
In a word, the food sucks. Their fried catfish is too dry, their imitation crabmeat is tasteless and their desserts are no great shakes either.
Will never be going back again.
