- - Missouri branch employee looked up my boyfriend's number; it was unprofessional.
- - Do not recommend this company; plan to pay off loan by Dec 1, 2025.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
After they contacted her, she looked up my boyfriend's home phone number, despite having my cell phone number on record. Today, I received a call from their district manager, during which I was essentially called a liar. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this company.
I plan to pay off my loan in full by December 1, 2025, to sever all ties with them. If you are considering a loan, I advise exploring other options and avoiding this company.

- - Agency says Western Finance is ready to sue; I'm in bankruptcy.
- - I called Muskogee Western Finance; Cheyenne was rude and hung up on me twice.
I got a call from a collection agency saying Western Finance is ready to sue me. I am in active bankruptcy.
I called the Muskogee Western Finance to ask whats going on. I got the DM named Cheyenne.
She was VERY rude and hung up on me TWICE. Someone please call me to discuss this issue.

An employee at you guises business in Oklahoma City Western Shamrock off of Western was very rude, cussed me out and hung up in my face when I was trying to make a payment she did it numerous of times her name was Samantha so Im calling you guys and I will be leaving a bad review

Tired of the rude lady

Jenny at the lebanon missouri branch told me I couldn't send in a money order to pay. She has called my work many time even though they told her not to.
She is rude hateful yells and hangs up on me.i have paid like 3 times no recipe She said she doesn't have to give one. She gave me a anxiety attack and she told me it was my fault. They need someone in there that is nice will work with the person.
They need her gone if they want more to come in and get a loan. I will not be going back as long as she is there and I will tell my friends and family to go somewhere else

Terrible loan company
- - The manager was rude and unprofessional.
- - They harassed me with hourly calls and visits for a two-day late payment; hidden fees and high interest.
The manager at my closest location was very rude and unprofessional. I have told her that I was gonna be late making a payment due to issue with my bank,and instead of her understanding and let me have a few days to figure it out, she kept calling my phone every hour on the hour and 30 minutes into the hour.
Theyve showed up to my house and my job harassing me to repay them or else I was gonna get sued, mind you I am only late by two days. I would not recommend this company to anyone,so if you want to get a loan go elsewhere.
I also want to add that they have hidden fees and interests not mentioned in the contract,which takes a long time to pay off the loan. Dont do their sales loan either,because they charge way more than the retail price and the interests fee are sky high.

I have to send back the purse back they aren't going to cut my check down. And.
I can't afford to keep the purse. I also talked to my lawyer and he said that u can't do a repot on the purse cuz I found to the ticket where u only paid 200.00 for it and u. Are. Trying to charge me 500.00 and plus another 200.00 of insecure which comes out to more then, 750.00 for the purse and my lawyer said that.
