Missing And DAMAGED ITEMS
My parents and I were moving from New Mexico to Washington State. 2 separate households a HUGE 3 BEDROOM 3 BATH Ranch house with a HUGE 12x40 shop filled with everything tool wise you can imagine, another 8x16 storage shed with boxes and stuff and they have been there for over 25 years!
Then you have my 2bd place that's stuffed to the gills that needs to go also?? ALL of this I told the guy James!!! Over the phone MULTIPLE TIMES!!! EXPLAINED MY PARENTS ARE SICK AND OLD and don't have very much money!!
Neither do I!! He assured me that they were going to take care of EVERYTHING AND IT WOULD BE FINE!!!
WHEN THE MOVERS SHOWED UP I KNEW WE WERE DOOMED!!! They did bring a semi truck like he said... But it was completely FULL OF SOMEONE ELSE'S STUFF EXCEPT THE LAST LITTLE END SQUARE OF THE TRUCK???
LIKE LITERALLY THE LAST Section of the truck was the ONLY thing open. We thought another truck was coming. But nope. And just 2 guys to do everything and drive?
Well then they had to go and rent a uhaul and cram everything in, and by the time they got to my house they had about 6feet left in the back of the uhaul for everything I HAD??? So I ended up having to leave a lot of my really nice stuff because of them? And by the time they arrive in WA, every single box of mine had been gone through and repacked and most of my priceless stuff was GONE! They didn't even bother to wrap or cover my brand new suede leather couch that they just threw right on the back of the trailer and it came out BLACK!!!
Most of my furniture was destroyed and most of my break ables were broken. All my valuable stuff was stolen! And then they turned around and charged my parents 3x what they told me they were going to charge to begin with???
They are HORRIBLE PEOPLE. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY
