Their insured broke my windshield and they won't fix even with Police Report
SAVE YOURSELF SOME HEADACHES. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM COMPANY WITH EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: CANDICE PAGAN - (800) 758-**** EXT. 281 HOWEVER; DON'T BOTHER TO CALL AS SHE DOES NOT ANSWER AND WOULD NEVER CONSIDER ACTUALLY RETURNING A CALL. MUST BE NEPOTISM SINCE ANYONE ELSE WOULD BE FIRED.

How can this be ok. I am driving along, their policy holder hits me from behind.
My car is totalled. This occurs on 11/21/18. Western General cannot "accept or deny the claim", WHY? "because they cannot still get ahold of their policy holder".
Seriously? Since 11/21/18? So, if your policy holder hasn't responded, I would assume he's not calling back or responding because he knows he was at fault. I have sent the police report, the witnesses, etc.
Still NOTHING! How can this be ok????????

Western General's policy holder smashed into the back of me on Nov. 21, 2018. He was going at a high rate of speed. It totaled my car (I had to file on my own collision policy) and I have been without any resolution since then. I am paying for a rental car out of my own pocket. To try and get my reimbursement for the rental car and broken items in the car, I have been put off and put off for months. They always reply with the same statement, "I am sorry we cannot accept or deny this claim. It is still pending as we have not gotten ahold of our policy holder". Seriously, since Nov. 21, 2018 you haven't realized that this person is not going to call you back therefore you will leave an innocent person like myself in a horrible situation?! I have called at least 25 times and have been told the exact same thing. I guess they use a script. I have spoken to Richard, Rose, Frank, Felise just to name a few. They have all the information they need to make a decision. They have the police report and the 2 witnesses names and phone numbers. What else do you need??? All I want is for them to accept or deny my claim - that is it! Just make a decision so that I can move on with my insurance or get my reimbursement from Western General. Nevertheless there is no way that this can be ok for a business to treat people like this. I was an innocent party traveling down a road when this person (their policyholder) hit me from behind going over 105mph. I would just like for Western General to stop reading a script to me and stop posting the exact same response on all my complaints. Just do the right thing and resolve this issue. I am a single mother and there is no way that this should be ok for anyone to treat people this way.

Here we are on 2.27.19 and still nothing. I have called again and get the same exact response still.
These employees are being told to say the same thing and/or read a script. How can a company get away with this??
