David told me I couldn't return the blower i got for my wood stove last week. He said it needed to be factory sealed for the to re-sell it. He also said he usually tells people the blowers are useless (but failed to tell me that). He also had the nerve to tell me he was doing me a favor by allowing me to pay in cash...thought that was beneficial to local businesses. They also gave me no warning about how fragile stove pipes were before putting it in my truck. It of course ripped and then they charged me $600 to install a new one. Bottom line is they could care less about customer satisfaction and i would recommend supporting another fireplace/stove business.
