Chunky soy milk
- - Purchased 1/2 gal Zen Soy, 1/2 gal almond, 1/2 gal skim milk.
- - Zen Soy spoiled after 2 days; chunks appeared; store would not replace without a receipt.
Purchased 1/2 gallon of Zen Soy milk, 1/2 gallon of almond milk and 1/2 gallon of skim milk. I opened the Zen Soy milk 2 days later and it was spoiled.
Chunks came out when pouring... Store would not replace without receipt. Who keeps food receipts? This is not the first rotten milk I have purchased at Westerly (especially in the summer, their storage of milk products are questionable), but it is the first time I have had an employee question me for a receipt.
Did he think that this was an elaborate scam to get another 1/2 gallon of soy milk? I can't imagine since I brought back the WHOLE 1/2 gallon of smelly product!
