Maintenance problems and no refund of deposit

This company has taken no responsibility for the damage done to the rental space. They insist that termite damage to my space is my responsibility even though they are responsible for outter walls and termites come from outside. They also refuse to give me my deposit back with no estimates for repairs that I should not have to do anyway. They issued only a general statement that it would cost more than my deposit to repair damages. They issued no discount for time closed due to roof repairs and damage due to disconnection of air conditioners for a period of six weeks.
