Extremely Angry and disappointed
- - The alarm on the Westclox Classic Alarm Clock stopped working.
- - A replacement also failed, with the second hand sticking on the alarm hand.
The customer service person only knew how to regurgitated information they had been taught. No awareness of customer service or support.
Stayed within the small boundaries of training without trying to offer a viable solution. And this is AFTER I proved that TWO of their clocks I had purchased had been defective, yet they only offered 50% off another clock AND I had to pay shipping.

The alarm stopped working.
I ordered another one, it just completely didn't work. The second hand kept getting stuck on the alarm hand and there by not able to keep proper time.
Does Westclox even make quality clocks any more?

Overpriced JUNK
- - Bought two Moon Beam alarm clocks for $150.
- - LEDs burned out in both clocks after about a year, not replaceable, and customer service provided no help.
Bought 2 Moon Beam alarm clocks . Paid close to $150.00 for the pair .
The LED light burnt out in both after a little more than a year . The LED lights are not replaceable .. and obviously defective . ZERO help from customer service .
These alarm clocks are completely USELESS without a night light . $ 150.00 in the garbage !

My wall clock is not working
- - Three Westclox wall clocks exist.
- - This one stopped within a year; the battery didn't help.

We have three Westclox wall clocks we like very much, but this one we bought within a year stopped working suddenly. I changed the battery, but it's still not working. It was only about $ 35, so I could buy another one.
By the way, I look for the receipt everywhere, but couldn't find it.
