Failed to deliver package

a package was sent from westbank bc on dec. 19/11 at 1pm destination revelstoke bc. the package was to arrive first thing the next day dec.20/11. as of this time it has not arrived. when i inquired at the revelstoke depot they said maybe it will take 2 days as its busy. its only a 3 hour car ride from westbank to revelstoke. my wife phoned revelstoke depot and was told she should start looking for a plan B. is this greyhounds attitude we tell you what sounds good and if it doesnt work out to bad for you your on your own!
