Bad service
- - City required backflow meter inspection; I believed it was done.
- - City warned of noncompliance for missing results; the test could not be performed.
I called Westar Plumbing to perform the annual inspection of my back flow meter required by the city of Yuma. I assumed that the service was performed.
Three weeks later, I receive a warning form the City, that I was in violation of City codes in not providing the inspection results. I called Westar (Blake Swenson) and they said they would check their schedule and ca me back. I waited two hours and called them. "We are unable to perform the test"..no reason given.
Poor level of service, poor communication. We not use Westar for any further services. At one time this was a good company and I use them for m y apartments exclusively.
Something has happened at this company, and they have failed to live up to the serve they provided in the past. I will pass on calling them in the future.
