Need to have assistance on a penalty that I should not have been penalized
Yes I was penalized for up to 6 months for not registering by November 1st for workforce when I called 2 weeks prior to the 1st of November when it said it had to be done and it was told that they were a week behind that they would call me in a week I was told that I had to do it through my work or I couldn't do it anywhere else so I waited a week and I was like well maybe they're just having to go back home to me tried to call got a voicemail again tried to wait see if they called waited another week come to find out I ended up trying to call the workforce and asking them if there's any way I could do it through them somehow and then they tell my work or something and I was able to and I happen to do it on the 1st of November and I called my worker and talk to whoever is in the office of the time not my actual worker my case and was told that everything would be taken care of she had to go talk to her worker and then she gave me a call back and let me know and when she called me back she told me that the penalty could not be lifted that I'd have to go 6 months without my food stamps even though I called prior two weeks at a time and told her all this information and I feel that that's unfair and unjust to me cuz I did what I was supposed to do they were the ones that didn't call back I also even tried to call a week or the first again and still did not get anyone and when I finally figured out I could do it through the workforce with information that they did not give me when I did try to call my work or anything they want to keep me penalized
Preferred solution: I'd like to get my snapback and have my penalty dropped for the office workers being the reason I did not do my workforce on time cuz I was given wrong information and was also not called back like was told

Why my foodstamps weren't posted when I got the info in that was required on time
I called and called and got papers to fill out by my employer I'm working 20-25 hours and clock out for 30 min breaks so I lose hours too my rent is 500 a month and I got my info in that was required by employer. I went to goodwill horizon it's it's 90 day temporary job unless they hire me to stay, but I don't make that much money and I was really needing my foodstamps.
And I don't know why I'm not getting them when I sent in the information required before the due date. My cell nmbr is 681-242-**** please call me
