How can I get my refund
- - 3 nights at Microtel Inn, Beckley WV.
- - Front desk staff made racist slurs about being gay.
- - He warned to leave in 10 minutes; refunds discussed.
Me and my gf had paid for a room for 3 nights at Microtel Inn on Harper Rd Beckley WV The first two days we had no problems but on the 3rd day a guy working the front desk had made racial slurs towards is about being gay. So my gf said what the *** He asked what room we were staying in and she told him he then advised is we had 10 minutes to get our things before he contacted the law.
We asked him about a refund and even contacted the manager about this issue.
He wouldn't give his name but he's the only guy that works front desk there. What can I do about this situation.?
