Idiotic scheduling of appliance repair
I live in sweetwater, tx and scheduled West-Texas Appliance repair out of Abilene, Tx (42 mi.) to come repair my Maytag Washer. I was told their technician would be at my house at 9AM on Oct.
13. This appt. was scheduled 2-1/2 weeks prior to this date. Laundry piling up waiting on this appt....only to get a call on Oct.
13 at 8:30 am...saying OH, we can't get there until after lunch!!! I work in Abilene so my husband scheduled his doctor appointments around their time, so then of course no one would be at home AFTER LUNCH!! I called their office and was told...OH, the girl who scheduled you was misinformed !!!
In speaking with other people, apparently I am not the only one who got stiffed on an appointment. Gee, do you think they could hire someone who IS INFORMED ????AS FAR AS WE ARE CONCERNED, THEY ARE A JOKE AND I WOULD TOTALLY NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THEM !!!!!!
