Brought my Kia Sorento top of the line fully loaded in for general check up and oil change. Had a few Questions some answered. Picked the car up that Friday night the 10th of August, said thank you and of course the sale people there were eager to sell us a new car. No its a 2015 bought in July of 2014. Drove the car 4 miles home. Sat. the 11th drove the car 3 miles to work to have it sit for 48 hours. Drove home sunday night 3 miles back. My work week is drive 4.5 miles morning and afternoon and thats it. occasional food shop all local. On Monday the 20th of August I smelled antifreeze and thought maybe there was some on the engine and between the heat of the sun and short ride home its burning off. Made 2 stops , not out of the way, 2nd one I saw what looked like steam, but infact the end of the antifreeze. I opened the hood and saw the radiator cap sitting neatly by itself and the reservoir was empty. Anti freeze all over inside of hood, down and out right side of car and all over the paint. Called Hunter my service person immediately and he said bring it right over, I couldn't I was inbetween jobs. Coasted 1 mile home, husband and son filled the radiator with 2 gallons of antifreeze and the reservoir was still empty. I used my husbands car for work and they waited and watch for a couple of hours, till they tried to start the car and make sure all fluids were correct , no leaks and it was not overheated.
We called Hunter the next day and then the fun began. All I wanted was 2 gallons of antifreeze, and my car inside and out wash and make sure no damage was done to the paint. Engine surface and inside hood all to be cleaned.
Next day i bring the car in with pictures of cap off as I found it, explained and was given a hard time by Hunters manager a female, who proceeds to tell me there is NO reason why one of their machanics would open the cap.
I had no reason to look under my hood at any point since I leave that up to the mechanics. She agrues back and forth and after an hour decides that they will wash the car and wipe the engine. Hunter comes out with 2 gallons of antifreeze and I am almost satisfied. He say call tomorrow so he can see when they can fit me in ?????Hmmmmm
Its. now Sept. 9th and not one of my 10 phone calls have been answered with a time.
My other concern is engine damage without antifreeze?
My needle never went up? I had no indication until that first moment.
I need an answer, compensation and quick service.
When time allows I will be going to the new Manager Raul of that Kia dealship with a copy of this letter and picture in hopes someone will own up to their mistake.
Thanking you in advance, Judy Musick

Worst car buying experiance of my life
just purchased a 2015 kia optima from west palm beach kia, terrible, terrible experience, rude sales staff added $600 to the asking price of the car because I wanted $500 more for my trade as my punishment for trying, said it was because I was not a loyal return customer .I have been buying cars for 55 years never anything like this added insult to injury told me after all paper work was done no spare tire, instead a can of flat repair should have been in the trunk that was not even there wait there is more just ready to leave with the car the salesman said oops I only have one key for you knowing all along there was only one key, these are smart keys very expensive $200 to $300 from them would not give us one lose or misplace the one key you cant use the car.all in all a modern day nightmare would not recommend this dealer to my worst enemy .buying a new or used is supposed to be fun, not here

I Was Sold A Vehicle with Many Mechanical Problems!
In May of This Year I Visited the West Palm Beach Kia Dealership In Order to purchase A Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle, My Encounter with the Sales Person Robert was pleasant, Next I met with the Finance Manager Ronnie,His tone of voice and attitude was arrogant and dismissive towards My mother and I. The Vehicle I then purchased is a 2011 Chevy Aveo. The Car was Seemingly a good purchase,Then 1 month of Driving it Problems Arose,I Started the car one morning In June, while driving down the highway,The entire front Under the hood began shaking to the point where I couldn't hold the steering wheel.
I Called for a tow truck And the car was Taken to Roger Dean Chevrolet Dealership under the 2-year Warranty. After careful Inspection I went In to see what they found out and was told by them that this vehicle 1.Front Alignment was lope sided as if the car had been in an accident Prior to me buying it.Cost to repair
$364.00,Motor mounts&Struts on this car were found to be totally disentigrated!Motor mounts not covered under my warranty Cost will be $600.00,This week the Engine has started to stall upon turning the car on My Battery is overworking to compensate for the Engine. Summit Financial is the name of the lender I am making monthly payments of $305.00+Insurance with progressive.
I took the Vehicle back to West Palm Beach Kia and was told its my Problem now,and that I Should have purchased a brand new vehicle Wow! I am still Furious at the treatment that paying customers have to receive when dealing with Unethical Sharks such as these!!!!!!!I am a Registered Nurse In Palm Beach County and Value the things I work hard to pay for I should not be put in a position to PAY FOR THIS CAR AND REPAIR IT I NEED ANSWERS!!!!!!!
