My frontal was balding on the front of my wig
When I wore the wig on my bd it was shedding a lot I didnt pay it any attention cause I know offten blonde wigs shed but when I wore it another week the frontal part shedded it pissed me off cause I could no longer wear it

Problem w service
I bought a wig and asked for a refund. I have messages that say, 'Yes, I will get a refund on my card once the wig is returned.' I returned it, now the message on TikTok says no refund, only a coupon.
That's bad business, lying to a customer.
Please help me fix this issue so no further action will be taken. Thank you.
