Good Afternoon Paul, I was in your location approx 4/19 for the first time and spoke with Anthony Olecharski. We drew up a deal for a lease of a 2019 Cherokee. At the time I had a Hyundai Sonata with 4 payments remaining and a $400 disposition fee for the turn in. The deal that was created was approx $310/month depending on credit w those remaining payments worked into that deal. At the time I was just looking and in addition to the only Cherokee that was on the lot, that I was interested in, had white interior, so I decided to wait longer. Plus I wanted to get a couple more payments down on my Hyundai to lower the final payment. On 4/26 Anthony txt me and told me that there was a delivery of dark interior Cherokee's and was wondering if I was interested in making a deal. I asked about monthly payment being lower than $300/mo, knowing that my mother who was co-signing for a better rate, would not co-sign, if it was over 300/mo. I also asked if the payment he quoted (around 290) included my remaining payments. He responded and said that we were going off the original deal that was structured, my response was "sounds good". I got my mother and we headed to Mullane.

About a week and a half later, I needed service for a flat tire and I txt Anthony on what to do and also asked about the payment to Hyundai, because I had received a bill. He responded and said just bring the car in and ignored the payment question. I came in later that afternoon and asked Anthony about the payment again, he said, hmm I don't think we roll in lease payments. This is obviously untrue, as this is not my first lease and I have rolled in a few payments before. He grabbed my paperwork and confirmed that no, the remaining payments were not rolled in.

I left the building and called the general manager and told him my story. He told me that he was going to speak with Anthony and then call me back. He, ask of today, has yet to return my call.

I totally understand that everyone here is trying make a living. I was totally mislead and I feel taken. This extra car payment for the next 4 months, plus the disposition fee, is something I am not financially able to afford. I wish someone would at least to attempt to make this right. I'm not sure what else to do.

Thank you for your time!
