They lie about the "Platinum Protection " they sell you and give you the runaround when you try to execute your additional coverage. The manager at the Transit Rd.
location was beyond disrespectful and, in the middle of all this, the salesman that sold me the additional coverage, tries to sell me another vehicle. STAY AWAY FROM WEST HERR NISSAN AUTOMOTIVE GROUP in western NY.
Don't say you weren't warned. Not to mention, Nissan CVT transmissions always fail..
