Yes he gets busy and he may not be able to provide immediate service but he will always contact you to either reschedule or update the circumstances. I definitely recommend West Heating & Cooling!

Ripped Off Too Many Of Us !
- - They charge extra for card use.
- - They accept checks or cash only.
- - Unit failures: first overheated, second wrong, third damaged the system.

First off , even though they state in their advertising that they take MC/VISA , etc. they will BUT they charge you an extra amount of interest to use them .
Which should have been stated clearly . They will take a check or cash also . We dont usually bring our checkbook to our place at the lake because most places accept debit cards or online payments.
My husband had to drive to Columbia to get the cash to pay them .
The first unit worked for about an hour . Then managed to heat the house to over 90 degrees.
The second unit was the wrong unit and also did not work . The third unit was wired in incorrectly and therefore damaged not only that air conditioner but also caused damage to our heating system as well. They said they had to order a part for the next air conditioner but of course that never ended up happening. We currently have a non working system half hooked up and another one sitting in our front yard which really looks tacky.
He also wanted to trade a Brand new unit for my husbands motorcycle.
Who does that ??? Not professionals!
In between all of this happening . They decided to not answer our calls .
After several days of trying to get ahold of them we got through . My husband told him he was going to file legal action and Brian started screaming at him and hung up on him .
We let him cool off for a couple days and tried calling again .
Finally after leaving a review on their Facebook page , they said they would put in a new system if I removed my previous review .
We have heard nothing since then except from other people that have had similar and much worse issues with this company .
We have someone hired to fix the damage they have caused and we now have to replace our heating system also as a result of this company .
I would NEVER recommend them to my worst enemy .
They took our money and ran .
They have somehow managed to be the first number that will show up when you search for a heating and cooling company .
I would advise anyone considering them to look up reviews on as many sites as you can . He has been able to remove some of them but not all.
