Our experience with West Flooring and Design is unacceptable. We paid $14k (75% of expected total) for 1,150 sq feet wood floor of a very specific color (know as Snowdrop).
Upon inspection of samples provided by Company, the finished color of the floor was dramatically different that what had been indicated to us.
Upon repeated attempts and exchanges to resolve, West was not able to satisfactory provide samples to match the desired color. They have since resisted refunding the $14K, we have paid and have kept the entirety of the wood floor for their own re-selling profit.
