Ordered two record players and two records on Black Friday. One set (a record and record player) arrived timely. The second set did not. I received an empty cardboard folder with not record but a packing slip for a record. I contacted West Elm and within a week or two o received the missing record. So the website is not working from home or work so I was like ok Call IN just so you can get the deal. They do not want you to use the coupon and they speak to you like you're a *** kid. Bought a coffee table on Dec 29th online. Called in early January to cancel the order. About two week's later my credit card gets charged over $1000... clearly the customer service agent on the phone did NOT cancel my order. I call back on Jan 25th. DO NOT buy the "Upholstered Tufted Ottoman"!!!!! Last year, my husband and I received one as a gift in our wedding registry, and while it was unstable to begin with, it has COMPLETELY FALLEN APART within less than a year. With the fabric we got, the price tag was over $500(!!!), but the company will take ZERO responsibility for it because we're not responding within the 30-day window. I had to make a review here since I'm amazed at how hard it is to find any reviews of West Elm products anywhere! The Peggy Sofa from West Elm is a cute design (if you like mid century design) but if anyone at West Elm had bothered to sit on the sofa for even an hour they would have known about the button problem: once the weight of a person is on the cushion, it makes the buttons pop up and then they catch on your feet, clothes, etc. I have to... Bought a rug there on sale and it literally sheds as if I have another dog! It is white and I thought after a month of vacuuming it would settle down. I have a dyson and it literally fills the cup each time I vacuum. The rest of my floor is hard wood and there is constant fuzz! Last time that I will trust a purchase from west Elm.

Found this online, bought in store. I received two boxes, one with the base, one with the shade. Surprisingly, the base came with a lightbulb...but NOT the harp and finial needed to attach the shade to the base! Upon checking the paperwork inside the base box, it in fact stated that the harp and finial are NOT INCLUDED! I bought a sofa online. After 8 weeks It was delivered damaged. I kept the damaged sofa while they make another. This sofa is not what I expected. I am very unhappy with the poor quality and uncomfortably of the sofa.. 1300.00 wasted. Now I know why they a NO RETURN policy.
