Resolved: Reversal of refund
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Use pissed consumer.
The company issued a refund on 4/11/26 and the canceled it. Now, my order suddenly doesn't exist anymore. Can't find it on the website

Horrible customer service

Company issued a refund and then canceled it.
Ordered shoes that was promised on a particular day and never received the item. Company made it difficult to cancel the order.
Emails went unanswered and there's no customer service number to reach a live person. I didn't get an response until I went through pissed consumer.
