Rip off

I purchased a 2003 ford lightning and on the way home the engine started to click. I called them for two weeks before they returned my call. I took truck back to have it fixed, they missed diagnosed problem and replaced parts that where fine. After three weeks they finally figured out what was wrong and they still have not fixed it. They have had the truck for two and a half months and every time i talk to them they lie and try to feed me another line of ***. They are rude and very unproffesional. I am extremely pissed off there service manager acctually got lipy and told me i was getting a little to brave on the phone. I plan on going to dealership and setting his punk *** straight. Never shop at west brothers ford.
