We bought a 2016 Toyota Tacoma
We bought a 2016 Tacoma 2 weeks later we found that the paint on the inside fenders where peeling . We where told not to worry they would take care of it if it got worse .
Now the hole truck is peeling and they are not helping us at all . Paint code 040 a known problem with adhesion between the primer and paint on white cars since 2001 . You would think Toyota sells over 10.5 million cars a year that they would fix this problem. We are now stuck with a huge head ache.
The dealer is just passing the buck and the manufacturer is doing the same . Some much for there motto life time guarantee. Dont get me wrong I could see if this truck wasnt taken care of or abused we take our vehicles and have made other purchases through Toyota and their other companies here.
So much for taking care of your clients. Extremely pissed with the way they are handling this .

Sold me a lemon
Up Date..... I called the Manager back like he asked after he saw my first review.
His response was, Not sure what you want us to do at this point. You should have purchased an extended warranty. It's not a Toyota so we don't take care of the recalls ,broken motor mount or worn out belts. Said...
it must have passed our inspections. Said... it is what it is, you drive it till you can't, even if it's a few months.. Again said...
not sure what you want us to do for you.!! I will never purchase a vehicle New or Used from this dealership again. Know what your doing or They will take advantage of you. I was a grandmother trying to help my grandson & Daughter,
after just a few months they have a vehicle in their driveway they can't drive.
I wished I had read all the reviews before buying from them. I see there are more horrifying stories like mine.

I couldn't afford to have everything done done at once which is little over $1600.00. When I Wesley Chapel Toyota I first asked if they do expections on all their used vehicles before they put them on the car lot to sell , and they said yes we do, then I explained all the issues we've having with the car they just sold us few months earlier and they said... I will forward your info to a manager and have them follow up with you. Never received a call back.
I'm the grandmother, I paid cash to purchase this car out of my retirement for my grandson to help out the family. I told them what I could afford, said It was the only car they had I could afford.
I will never purchase a car from this dealership again!! Beware if you buy a use vehicle from them, test drive it straight to another automobile service department before purchasing from this dealership!

We have been avid Toyota patrons up until now!! With over a dozen Toyota\'s under our belt!!
My fiance made a terrible spur of the moment choice turned our truck in for a horribly small car. we went to the car dealer 2 1/2 days later we tried to get the truck back and give the leased car back. I am a travel nurse and the car is unable to fit all of the necessities. I was even willing to pay the dealership the $5000 dollar depreciation value for a 2 1/2 day mistake and buy my truck back!!
They did not even want to work with us on that, they said they didn\'t want another Camry on there lot.... However IF I PURCHASED ANOTHER TRUCK FROM THERE LOT AT 30,000- 40,000 &; ADDED THE DEPRECIATION TO THAT THEN THEY WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO TAKE THERE CAMRY BACK!! WHAT A CROCK OF *** EVERYONE WILL KNOW WHAT A RIP OFF WESLEY TOYOTA IS!!
