My projector is currently stuck on the startup screen showing the word "FOE" (or the Logo) and will not proceed to the main menu. I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps without success:
Restarting the device multiple times.
Attempting to exit using the remote control and an external mouse.
Unplugging the power source and waiting before restarting.
The device is completely unresponsive to any input. It seems like the system firmware is corrupted and needs a fresh reinstallation.

Since I cannot access the settings menu to perform an OTA update, I kindly request the following:

The phone number is not working. The tech support page says all techs have been let go due to COVID, which is long over.
There is no chat. On Facebook, I get a message saying to look in members.

Basically the product has become a waste of money and space.
