Repair

My Wemax Go 300 Ultra is not working. I cannot find any way to contact Wemax for repair.

The phone number is not working. The tech support page says all techs have been let go due to COVID, which is long over.

There is no chat. On Facebook, I get a message saying to look in members.

Thank you so muchA Lady called " Irene" from Wemax sent me a message to request details which I sent back.They advised that they will respond within 24 hours after examining the Video clip showing the problem- That was over 3 weeks ago.They said if Hardware Problem they will replace it-Nothing happened No further replyThank youNaguib Hilmy

Our projector Advanced Go stopped Focusing

How can we send it for repair please

I am happy to pay for repair or exchange if needed

The projector is just over a year old.

No response to several e mails, community group , No reply to calls.

Basically the product has become a waste of money and space.
