Verified Reviewer |Darcie cook nurse
- - Charged nearly $500 for a 30-minute talk.
- - Treatment not started after 3 months.
- - Insurance said approved; Darcie claimed denial.
I had an appointment with my Dr who prescribed these treatments. She said Darcie cook called their office and told them I was just looking for drugs!!!!
And that I had called her and told her she was lying so she cancelled my referral!!!! She lied again!!! I never hung up on her. And if I wanted drugs - I’d walk down my street and get them.
How dare this nurse get away with all these lies?!? Accuse me of whaling drugs. When all I wanted was to get well. And get these life saving treatments!
I’m turning her in to the Iowa nursing board. How dare she be so unethical?!?
Then she said I would be approved and would set up treatments immediately well this was 3 months ago. And she still refuses to get me started. She says my insurance denied yet I had a case manager from my insurance who called Darcie herself many times to tell her I was approved! I tried calling Darcie.
Emailing messages texts. She refused to answer. Finally after 2 months I got her. She denied even talking to my insurance!!
And is trying to get my treatments approved by 2 companies!!! So shes trying to get paid twice!!! I have proof my insurance talked to her.
So shes not only lying. Shes refusing life saving treatments!!!
- Unethical
Preferred solution: An apology, free treatments and my $500 back
User's recommendation: Trying to make money / unethical
