I PURCHASED A VEHICLE IN 2013. AND. UNFORTUNATELY. I WAS IN A. ACCIDENT AND WAS Deemed AS TOTAL LOSS I HAD FULL COVERAGE IN WE ALSO HAD A INS WE WERE PAYING THT Wells FARGO ADDED ON TO OUR LOAN. SO INS PAID OFF FULL AMOUNT OF VEHICLE BY 900 DOLLARS WHICH WE MADE THE PAYMENT WESTERN UNION WEN I RECEIVED Pay OFF QUOTE AND INS DID WE SENT EXTRA ...YEARS GO BY BECAUSE I RECEIVED A LETTER ABOUT WELLSFARGO Being SUED FROM SOME INS THE ADDED ON ALL ACCOUNTS. AND IT MADE ME CALL TO INQUIRE WHT EVER HAPPEN TO MY TITLE AMD WHY NOT SHOWING PAID OFF AMD ON CREDIT REPORT .I CONTACTED THEM THEY TRANSFERD ME TO CHARGE OFF.WHAT DO U MEAN?????? I HAVE BALANCE. IF I WOULD HaVe KNOWN Somewhere ALONG THE MONEY WAS NOT APPLIED Correctly TO ACCOUNT AND THEN TELLS ME OH WE CAN UPDATE UR Credit REPORT TODAY WITH THE BALANCE. HUM NO WANT MY PAYMeNTS APPLIED RIGHT AMD IT UPDATED AS PAID OFF

Steer Clear of all about Wells Fargo

I believe that when Wells Fargo reposed my car for non- insurance, when at the time it was very clear that as a single mom of ones budget is already allocated. So when you pay your car note of $446.00, and $250 is used for insurance that you do not need. Well you know what it does. Paid off my vehicle and they say it take 4 to 6 weeks to get the title from them after it is paid off. That makes it nearly impossible to sell or trade this vehicle. Unbelievable!! Cant even get in touch with the title people at Wells Fargo to pay to have the title expedited to me.

I cash our personal checks 1-2 times a week .These checks have all our pertinent information (names, address,drivers license and phone, plus I hand over my drivers photo ID and the tellers recognize me by name. So why in *** do they under the guise of a security check ask for the last four of my social security. If you continue to endorse this stupid practice when I am a known regular customer, I' have other banking options. If you don't respond to me by phone 850/933-****. I'll move on

I have proof of the check and the date it was paid the address it was sent to, from my insurance company. Wells Fargo has my check for my totalled car somewhere.

This is ridiculous. It doesnt take 11 days now for a check to get to CA.

This company has the worst customer service. My car was totalled in a hail storm. Insurance sent a check 10 days ago to them with a 10 day payoff. The car is gone, insurance took it. Wells Fargo cant find the check. Has no record of receiving it, calling asking for monthly payment on a car i dont even have. The payoff is now no good because of per diem interest. I call and get some idiot number 5000 and ask to talk to a manager and he sends me to a voicemail. I call back and it says office is closed. Worst customer service i have ever experienced. This company has got to be the worst FI i have ever had to deal with. I only put one star but they dont even deserve that.

The confirmed that the car had been repossessed and not stolen. They were very helpful, informative and polite. Not what I wanted to hear, but life just happens sometimes. Time to start looking for a new vehicle.

3 years ago I posted a review about how Well Fargo added CPI insurance onto my car payments, despite my full coverage insurance I already had and without my knowledge. Ended up being being behind in payments and eventually loss of the vehicle. Now turns out that there's class action lawsuit against well Fargo dealer services for doing this! I got my notice Saturday and looking forward to seeing how it ends up.

Long standing client of the bank. Locked me out. Couldn’t access. Repossessed my vehicle. *** service after. Can’t reinstate until “system updates”. Big bank doesn’t have ability to have a relationship... employees can be as nice as any, but can’t do anything to help.

I filed to refinance a veh that Wells Fargo already has. This was on July 13,2019 it is now August 14. The process has been ridiculous. They continue to say it is stuck in the funding area. No solution given and no reason for the stall. Now a second credit check hard inquiry for it being over 30 days! No solution. If you are thinking of using them think twice!

For some reason 2 car payments came out at the same time. They issued a check via snail mail. I received it and immediately deposited. They sent another check because original one was over 3 dollars. Letter said if already deposited mail a check for 3 dollars. Few days later they voided check already deposited. Now im one car payment short of money i need to buy my house the day after. They said they will over night me a check that night. Needless to say...i do not have another check. I WILL NEVER USE THIS BANK AGAIN. NEVER.
