Event Staff Complaint

My wife and I attended the Usher concert tonight and had tickets for Section 110, Seats 3 and 4. However, the staff member mistakenly placed us in Section 109, Seats 3 and 4.

Three quarters into the concert, we were approached by two people who said we were in their seats and were asked to leave.

This was embarrassing, especially since we were told by your staff that we were in the right place.

When we complained to the event staff, they simply said, "mistakes happen." The seats we paid for in Section 110 were much better, and we didnt get the opportunity to experience the show from there. This error ruined our experience at the venue.

I am writing to request a review of certain charges on my account. Recently, I reported fraudulent activity that affected my account.

However, I was informed by your team that the transactions in question were from a past date and were determined to be unrelated to any of my legitimate transactions.
Given this situation, I would like to ask for a detailed review of these charges to ensure that they have been correctly attributed to my account.

If possible, I would also appreciate a breakdown or explanation of how the determination was made that these transactions were not related to the reported fraud.
Please let me know if any additional information is needed from my side to facilitate this review. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. It took many emails but finally got a refund.

Purchased tickets for concert at Wells Fargo center in Philadelphia owned by Comcast in March, venue changed and now its at another venue - supposed to get an email with new tickets for the new venue or option to get refund- the shows 9/15- no email, no answer to my emails to them, no phone number to call customer service - paid a lot of $ for tickets & so far stuck with no contact from comcast or wells fargo center
