Got into a 5 year commitment investment thru our advisor Brian Carey, 6 years later he lies and tells us he never said 5 years, liar!

Now 9 years later the investment he got us into with a 5 year commitment (which also forced us to file tax extensions the last 9 years and we were never told about) is ending.

Id never recommend Wells Fargo advisors, certainly not Brian carey as he lies and does know what hes doing withholding information to make the sale.

Invested 200k in an investment our advisor, Brian Carey (San Jose, CA based), got us into. He clearly stated a 5-year term on the investment and it was supposed to be a great investment.

It's now year 9, we can't get out of it and it's been a total loser of an investment. It's also caused us to have to file tax extensions for 9 years as Wells Fargo can't get their act together for tax documents, something we were not told about prior to investing, or we would never have done it. Wells Fargo then lies about telling us it was a 5-year commitment.

We've since pulled almost everything away from the Wells Fargo advisor. They lie, they don't know what they're getting you invested into and they're horrible advisors, or ours was anyway.

This happens all the time. I use you app and expect to be next, then invariably when I walk in ( within the time frame) someone is put in front on me.

It seems to me, that if I walk in with in the timeframe listed on the check in app, I should be allowed to go first, otherwise what is the value of signing in online. They could’ve waited two minutes to see if I showed up… This is happened every time I try to use this app.

Wells Fargo AFN is a K-Mart of banking industry: very low-quality, incompetent, and risky people working in this division. They are good at talking but when it comes down to investment (your money), they can be very flaky, unsure, risky, incompetent, evasive, irresponsible, and unreliable.

They have people with title "advisor" who sign you up for certain portfolio then disappear a few months later (no accountability).

I made a huge mistake when I entrusted my large saving with WF financial advisors.

They signed me up with GenWorth in a very lousy package that I ended up losing money in the end. But WF tried hard to be evasive of their accountability.

So, don't even think of trusting your money with Wells Fargo, if you want peace of mind and the assurance that your money is entrusted with the right people to help it grows.
