I have been harassed by the same racist black security at your front door three times. And this guy is stereotyping for having a backpack and trying to tell me i can't bring it in.

When I see him letting many more black Americans in with bags or even a purses on their shoulders and doesn't check any of their bags. They can just walk right through the front door and don't get harrassed at all for bringing bags into the building. That's racism at its best!!! And the sad part is all I wanted to do was go to the front desk and leave a message for my Dr.

But he kept pushing me and being a racist as it gets!! Its so sad that a company that is so well known suports and protects racist employees that are supposed to help people with mental issues. Not make them worse. Wellpower you have a better chance of being struck by lightning before I will leave my $500 oakley backpack with my meds in it.

In any locker. I've had my backpack stolen from there before. And no one ever did anything about it. And they expect me to trust a racist guard that has shown over and over that he doesn't like me or white people.

Especially me. It's sad that wellpower condones and protects their racist security guard and basically tells me tough *** What a great representation of your horrible customer service experience and the treatment you give people when they are asking for help. Wellpower is a joke!! They don't care about their clients they care about keeping these issues in the dark so no one else can claim anything against them.

What a horribly terrible business model for a company that is supposed to help mental issues, but instead make the issues worse!! Enjoy this message Wellpower upper management team. I know you don't care about me or anyone else there. I find it kinda funny that management hides behind there employees rather than go to bat for wrong doings!!!

And making things right. Why can't I speak to my doctor at the same time another doctor is on the phone? What are you hiding!!! I can promise Wellpower that they will never have any of my medical information again.

In fact this is the fourth time I've made that perfectly clear and no one has done anything about it. No one, not even God himself will have any access to my medical records ever again. NO EXCEPTIONS AND NO EXCUSES!!!

IF I FIND OUT WELLPOWER HAS, WE ARE GOING TO HAVE A HUGE PROBLEM THAT YOU REALLY DONT WANT TO HAPPEN. EVERY ROI THAT I SIGNED I WANT ALL OF IT REVOKED NO ONE IS EVER GOING TO BE ALLOWED TO SPEAK TO ANY OTHER DOCTORS WITHOUT ME BEING IN THE SAME ROOM.

I cant believe that Dr Jessica dockter cant take 5 minutes out of her day to call me so we can talk about some meds. That is as unprofessional as you can get!

She doesn't care about her patients especially me. All she does is make excuses and argue with me. She has never once tried to help me with my meds and she doesn't return calls or show any compassion for me and my situation!! If this is what wellpower thinks is good patient services or care they should be reported to the state.

Which im going to do. Not only is she a massive embarrassment to wellpower but she makes it perfectly clear that she doesn't care about me! She hasn't once tried to help me fix any of my mental health conditions! Instead she argues with me and makes it perfectly clear that she has zero intentions in helping me get back to a better place!!

All I asked for was a simple call back to talk to her for 5 minutes and she can't even do that!! Great patient care wellpower, I can see why your reviews about patient treatment is so low. Its because wellpower doesn't care about their patients we're just a number to them and a way to get your paycheck for horrible patient treatment. I really can't believe that wellpower would hire someone like this that makes it blatantly obvious that they don't care about their patient needs!!

And to make things even worse, the nursing staff told Jessica that I didn't want to make an appointment with her. Which is a blatant lie!! I never once said anything like that, but your nursing staff told her that I did say that. How embarrassingly incompetent is your nursing staff and so willing to tell a lie that I never said.

Wellpower you should be ashamed of the representation that your staff is giving to their patients. And I can't believe that this is allowed to keep happening, especially to me. All the times I've called the patient advocate line nothing has been done and they never return phone calls like they say they will. If I could give wellpower a zero rating and truely express how I feel about Jessica and the nursing staff.

You wouldn't like it at all. Just like I hate your patient treatment there, and all of the despicable treatment I have received over the last three months. I honestly don't know how wellpower is still in business business! And it is crystal clear with me, that wellpower doesn't care about me or their patients needs for their mental health conditions!!

Wellpower gets a zero rating from me because of the treatment I have received from their doctors and nursing staff!! I bet if the people that fund your organization knew about how you treat your patients they would stop contributing to your embarrassment of a mental health facility!!!

First of all they want to censor the truth about what is happening and which provider it is happening with!! I don't care what they think about this review, because I'm going to expose them for the shaddy immoral practices that they protect their providers from.

So here goes nothing. First, I asked to see an actual doctor in person and they set me up with a np (nurse practitioner) which is not what I was asking for. And then the np would rather make excuses than help me with my issue. I know what meds work for me and my seizures and they don't want to give them to me.

They want to argue instead of fixing the problem!! 100% true!! So, this is why im going to throw them under the bus for not helping me get the proper meds that I need. I'm not their guinea pig and im not going to let them experiment meds on me, when I already know what works.

So, my best advice is to either go to a better mental health facility or don't give them any information that they can use against you. Wellpower illegally went into my medical and physical records and put something on my mental health records that they had no business looking at in the first place!!! Protect your information and be extremely careful who you talk to and what you talk about when it comes to your medical history. I would highly recommend that you don't tell them anything that they can put in your mental health records.

Especially, if it's from your past and has nothing to do with mental health issues. Trust me! They will find a way to make you look bad!!!

I wish you the best finding a good provider for mental health issues, but don't go to wellpower. You will regret it.

Late last week I got a call from the advocate at wellpower telling me that they would remove the information from my chart by the middle of this week.i havent heard a whisper out of them until I called myself today. Then they tell me, that they can't remove it because I need to go through some process they have there.

So tell me if im wrong, should I have to provide paperwork for their mistake and horrible service. It think it says somewhere, innocent until proven guilty. This is complete BS, wellpower made the mistake and they should have the decency to remove it?

But they won't so now im going to talk to some lawyers about medical malpractice and for defamation of character suits. What wellpower did was abuse their own clients and refuse to fix it or take responsibility for their wrongful mistake In my chart!!!
