I dont know how my name got on this plan but I dont want it. Please terminate this and whatever my name is on with this policy.
I do not recommend this company to anyone.
Very difficult to get someone on the phone to help solve problems. Its been awhile that I have been dealing with this and its still not rectified.

I have no idea if this issue is resolved. I cant seem to find the proper person to fix the problem. I keep getting transferred to a million different people in different departments.

I found what I was looking for.
The gentleman who helped me, was very kind, friendly, professional, honest, and resourceful. I wish I knew his name, I would recommend that he trains, all representatives in every health sector. I know this isn't practical but I only want to deal with him!
